Ashley Karpinski, MA, LPCS
Head of RFL Product Innovation & Strategy
As Head of Strategy and Product Innovation, Ashley Karpinski oversees the continuing development of products and services that improve employee well-being, functioning, and productivity. Based on expert analysis of a customer’s pain points, she develops models of intervention that decrease the use of behavioral and medical benefits and help improve overall productivity.
Ashley’s roles have included service delivery, account management and sales. She began her career in the behavioral health industry over 18 years ago as a counselor and maintains her status as a Board Approved Clinical Supervisor and Licensed Professional Counselor. She is bi-lingual and earned her undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin. She received a Master’s degree from Southwest Texas State University.
Ashley has provided extensive intervention and training in responding to organizational change and traumatic events throughout her career. Her proactive approach to those issues that impact employers and employees has established a standard of clinical excellence and account retention that sets her apart within the field.
Ashley is married to Keith Karpinski and has two children, Cole and Reagan. She enjoys volunteering for organizations that help kids, including Lone Star Cattlemen Foundation and Star of Texas Fair and Rodeo.
